My wife and I were in a very serious accident…

Wednesday, February 4th, 2009

In 2006, my wife and I were in a very serious accident. I had a broken neck. My wife had five fractures of her pelvis. Due to the seriousness of our injuries, my wife recommended we call Michael Ciaccio as she felt he would be the best attorney to handle our case. The accident was in Prescott Valley and when we returned to Tucson, Michael Ciaccio and his paralegal, Sandy were immediately at our side in the hospitals here. While we were in the hospitals and rehab centers, they were in touch with us daily and helped us handle the gathering of the necessary information to litigate the lawsuit. The litigation was lengthy and complicated and handled by them in a very professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their experience and knowledge allowed us to receive the maximum settlement we deserved. We believe he is the best personal injury attorney in Tucson and his staff supports not only him, but in every way, provides the client with the highest level of care and understanding.
